IMPORTANT - Fripp Island Resort Fees for 2025​

NOTE: Optional Access to Use the Fripp Island Resort Amenities - 
If you, your friends and family would like to enjoy the Fripp Island Resort amenities, we can assist you in purchasing amenity cards to gain access since we are club members. We will assist you in the purchase of amenity cards. Any charges or disputes that you may have during your stay with the Resort will need to be handled directly as we are only facilitating your access to the Resort.

Resort Access Fees: Fripp Island Resort charges a Resort Fee of 12.8% of the gross nightly base rate (minus fees and taxes) plus the cost of the number of amenity cards your party will need for everyone 13 years of age or older. Prices for the resort access and cost of the cards for the various season rates is listed on your guest portal once you book for purchase:
-Prime Season Weekly Amenity Card Rate: $59 (5 to 8 days)
-Prime Season 4 Day Amenity Card Rate: $39 (1 to 4 days)
-Off Season Weekly Amenity Card Rate: $39 (5 to 8 days)
-Off Season 4 Day Amenity Card Rate: $28 (1 to 4 days)

Incentives: Two weekly amenity cards included for free if you are renting 7 days or longer AND opt to purchase additional cards, triggering the 12.8% resort fee you will be required to pay in addition to the amenity card costs.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card (subject to a 3.2% service fee) or by check (no additional fees).

If your family does not desire to use the resort's amenities such as pools, golf courses, restaurants, etc., no additional fees are charged.

3. Dining: Multiple restaurants ranging from casual bites to fine dining

5. Fitness Center: Fully equipped gym with a range of fitness classes

6. Spa Services: Spa offering massages, facials, and more

7. Marina: Boat rentals and full marina services

8. Nature Trails: Trails ideal for bike riding, hiking, birdwatching, and enjoying the outdoors

9. Beach Access: Exclusive access to beautiful beaches

10. Clubhouses: Access to club facilities for recreational and social activities

11. Children’s Programs: Activities and programs tailored for young guests

12. Shopping: Boutique shops within the resort

Additional Information:​

• Age Requirement: Guests 13 years and older must carry a club guest card to access facilities.

• Cancellation Policy: Amenity cards are non-refundable once picked up.

• Rush Fee: A $15.00 fee is charged for any cards ordered less than 2 days before arrival.
